Preparation: Moisten the brush head with water. This activates the ionic cleansing technology of the Soladey Ion 5. 3. Optional: You can use toothpaste if you prefer, although the ionic technology can also clean effectively without toothpaste. Brushing teeth: • Brush your teeth: Move the toothbrush in gentle, circular motions over all surfaces of your teeth.
